Purposes of the Processing

MAXIME LAMBERT collects and processes personal data of customers for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery follow-up, invoicing, solvency follow-up, profiling and marketing, and personalized advertising).

Legal Basis for Processing Personal data is processed based on article 6.1. of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Transfer to Third Parties

If necessary to achieve the stated goals, the customer’s personal data will be shared within the European Economic Area with other companies (within the MAXIME LAMBERT group) that are directly or indirectly connected to MAXIME LAMBERT or any other partner of MAXIME LAMBERT.

MAXIME LAMBERT guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Retention Period

Personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the time necessary to meet legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right to Inspect, Correct, Delete, Limit, Object, and Transfer Personal Data

The customer has the right at any time to inspect their personal data and can have it corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, limit its processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on those provisions.

The customer also has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to have the personal data sent to another company.

To exercise the above rights, it is requested that the customer:

  • Adjust the settings of their customer account themselves; and/or

Direct Marketing

The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Complaint

The customer has the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).

Use of Cookies
